Marmots
I was born a scribbling penciler. I'm truly most comfortable there. I'm scared of clean-up, frightened of ink and petrified of color. That being said, I now need to learn all three. The next few posts will be experimenting with experiments, mostly in photoshop. I bought a small wacom tablet and am franticly trying to learn its wizardry. I will gladly accept your critiques and tutorials, mostly the latter.

Murals
So here's the finished mural. Now this one was a bit of a challenge. It started at 10 ft and went up another 6, so these characters are practically life-size. To reach the painting area I had to stack three tables, which made bringing paint up and down a bit difficult. The lesson here, make sure you visit the location before you give a quote. Oh well, that's how we learn, right? I still had a blast. Cheers and thanks for all your kind comments.

These two are totally random. The surfer is a design for an upcoming mural in at the Boys and Girls Club and the little girl and mom came from an afternoon of sketching with the extremely talented Cale Atkinson. Not only is Cale a rockin designer but he's also working on his very own animated short. So far the designs look very cool. Hope you enjoy.
